You will be led through the entire process with Trey who has 20 years experience in the wellness and breath space. Trey was personally trained by Wim Hof and also then learnt from the source with Himalayan Breathwork. Trey has learnt Nervous system Breathwork with My Health and also the Oxygen advantage system.

Trey will not only guide you through the 4 day Breath Breakthrough system but you’ll have 24/7 access to Trey through the community group plus the live zoom calls post immersion which all is a life time access.

 Many courses just offer one breath system, especially in the circular breath space which can be challenging especially when you’re working with all different body types.

You’ll need many gears in Breathwork especially if you want to help people recover from nervous system issues and trauma.

To be able to get the best results possible within Breathwork you’ll need to be able to help people to down regulate and also up regulate their nervous system. Plus it’s important to be able to take them into the quantum and manifest regulation through the Breath matrix

Also if you would like to run retreats and work in the corporate space you’ll need an understating of the science of breath and how this system actually works for mind set and performance.

When you become a Breath Coach you’ll be become certified in Himalayan, nervous system and transformational Breathwork.

You’ll be held all the way from day one of the immersion. You’ll get to do a Transformational Breathing Method session for yourself for your own healing to start the immersion

You’ll then be in circle throughout the immersion and supported as you deliver the daily breaths at sunrise.

On the final day you’ll join a small group and have a lot of fun and create a Transformational Breathing Method workshop.

After immersion we move into the community phase where you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions you like on the zoom calls or within the Facebook group. You’ll also be held through the assessment pieces which is quite a simple process.

After receiving your certificate you’ll move into a grad group and have access to helping at events and corporate spaces.

After graduating from this course many students have gone on the create Breathwork business or add Breathwork to their existing business.

Some people even love to use the course just for their own transformations and start a daily practise and helping family and friends .

Some of the grads have gone on to run large seminars, retreats,  workshops, online programs, cacao circles, woman’s or men’s groups, school program and fitness programs

8 weeks from the 5 day immersion. You will be fully supported during this time and you also have the ability to fast track your assessments to get certified quicker. 

Yes! If you have had a short phone conversation with Trey and the course is a fit for everyone, a payment plan can be offered. There is also the option of paying in full for a reduced rate.

Yes, this is a 200hr Breath Coach certification program. As a graduate of the Level 1 Breath Coach Teacher Training program, you have the ability to gain insurance and start offering your services as a Breath Coach.

Previous grads have gone on to create thriving breath work businesses or have added breath to their current business to take things to another level.

 The program is not refundable under any circumstances. In the event of unforeseen circumstances of sickness and disastrous world events you are able to transfer to the same course within a 12 month period if course is offered again.
